【英語研究部】A dialogue on Education and Racial Injustice
Chester Gould, an incoming University student from New York City, served as an English Assistant in school for 1 week. He attended different classes in English, Math and Science. He interacted and talked to students in both English and Japanese. Chester also gave a short lecture about American Education and Racial Injustice. The students from the English club listened and asked questions about the topics. They also discussed among themselves the things we could do to have a society free of discrimination and injustice. Included in their list is “to know the other person ”,“ talk to them ”,“ listen ”and“ don’t judge ”.
